I don't know about you, but I prefer to spread my Christmas shopping out over the course of a year to take advantage of good savings and to help with our budget during the month of December. The problem is that I have a tendency to pick up gifts early in the year and then forget about it by the time Christmas comes around. This year, I'm making sure that doesn't happen!
I've been lucky enough to pick up some great gifts already through Zulily and created a way to make sure I remember! I've created a calendar entry for the gifts that I picked up, including who the gift is for in the top spot, along with what it is in parenthesis. I then put where I've stored it in the location spot and schedule a reminder starting October 31, with bi-weekly reminders after that until I actually pull it out and wrap it!
Christmas time should be more organized this year and that works for me!
