{ happy fall y'all! }

I realize I've been posting a lot of recipes lately and I still have several more to come, but if you're only going to try out one of the new recipes I post, MAKE IT THIS ONE! Trust me, your life will never be the same! My mom got this recipe from one of her good friends several years ago and I love when it makes an appearance, because it means it's finally fall!

Poor Man's Payday

1 bag candy corn

1 can salted peanuts

mix equal parts together and enjoy! 

 { personally, my favorite ratio is 1 candy corn to 3 peanuts, but you can figure out what your preference is! }

Listen, some of you may be saying: "That's nice, but I don't like candy corn!"  Cody was quick to tell me he wasn't going to like this recipe because of the candy corn.  Well, let me just say, for someone who doesn't like candy corn, he sure has eaten a great deal of this bowl so far! So, if you're looking for a great way to welcome fall into your house, try out this recipe. It's guaranteed to be a new favorite!
