Easy Breakfast Cinnamon Bread

While my mom was staying with us after Griffin was first born, she blessed us with not only a great deal of freezer meals, but also made several recipes so that we could save the frozen meals until all family is gone and I'm actually cooking. {if popping a frozen meal into the oven and opening a bag salad can be called cooking!}

One of the recipes she tried was this Easy Breakfast Cinnamon Bread. I thought she said she got the recipe off of Pinterest, but I can't find it there. So if you recognize this recipe and know where it originated from, let me know so I can credit it back!  The great thing about this recipe is that you put it all together the night before and then pop it in the oven the next morning, so it's great for company or to take to a breakfast brunch!

Edited to add: my mom reminded me that I forgot to tell you why the bread is so good: each bite tastes like you are eating the gooey center of a cinnamon roll! Cinnabon doesn't have anything on this recipe!

Here's an important note that we learned the hard way: the recipe definitely makes it sound like you will  use the whole bag of rolls. And you certainly can. But know that as the rolls unthaw and rise, they will tumble out over the pan, creating quite the mess. We actually were able to get one tube pan and one loaf pan out of the recipe. So if you end up making it, don't use the whole bag unless you're splitting it up into more than one pan! And, in total honesty, my mom did use more butter and brown sugar than what was called for. You won't be disappointed if you do too! :)

  2. Yes it is! Ha - when I was typing this up I was trying to think of the other name for the pan but all I could think of was- the monkey bread pan! :)
