Pumpkin Spice Cake

Looking for a quick, easy fall dessert?

Here it is!

You'll need:



1 Spice Cake Mix
1 Small Can of Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
2/3 C Water



Dump it all in your mixing bowl. {side note: do you see my attachment? It's a mixer with side scraper attached. My mom got this for me last Christmas and it's been the best attachment for my Kitchen Aid. If you have this mixed, you need to buy it!}



Mix well.



Put into pan of your choice and bake according to the package. If you use a bundt pan and have issues getting it to come out cleanly like I do, use Baker's Joy baking spray. It really makes all the difference!
